We work with community officials and developers towards the resolution of environmental, traffic, and other impacts associated with a project. We assist developers in the acquisition and financing of real estate projects and provide guidance to both developers and municipalities in developing projects that are consistent with controlling statutory and regulatory requirements. We provide representation and advice to large and small landowners in obtaining necessary land use relief and approvals from the appropriate municipal or regulatory bodies.
