Attorney Denise Antonelli Re-Elected as Board President at ACT in Faith of Greater West Chester
Denise M. Antonelli, a partner with the law firm Gawthrop Greenwood, PC, has been re-elected as President of the Board of Directors at ACT in Faith of Greater West Chester.
ACT in Faith of Greater West Chester is an interfaith organization that seeks to empower un- and under-employed West Chester residents to stabilize their households and build toward sustainability. Services include eviction and utility shut-off prevention, employment support services and a Community Cupboard, which provides personal care and household items as well as dry food goods and homemade frozen meals.
Antonelli has served on the ACT in Faith Board since 2012, and became Board president in 2014. “I was drawn to ACT in Faith by the passion of its founding member, Lark Worth, and its executive director, Hallie Romanowski, both of whom instilled that passion in me,” said Antonelli. “I’m honored to have been selected to help shepherd ACT in Faith into its next decade.”
Antonelli is a member of Gawthrop Greenwood’s Trusts and Estates Department, practicing Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration. She is a member of the board of the Chester County Estate Planning Council, which focuses on furthering the education of members and the public in estate planning. She has also served as a panelist for the Chester County Community Foundation, speaking to West Chester University students on the development of trust and estate practices and to non-profit professionals on incorporating philanthropy into estate plans.
