Known for the practical and effective manner in which he resolves his clients’ most pressing issues, Robert “Sandy” Mulhern brings broad experience and in-depth knowledge of community association law, condominium association law, cooperative association law and homeowners association law. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter and also formerly served as an officer and member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. A presenter at local, state and national seminars on community associations and real estate law, Sandy is a proud graduate of Malvern Preparatory School, Villanova University and the Widener University Delaware Law School.
