Real Estate and Business Attorney Michael Naseef Named to Board of CCCBI Foundation
Real estate and business attorney Michael Naseef (left) has been named to the board of directors of the Foundation for the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI). Naseef recently celebrated with former CCCBI board member Stephen McDonnell at CCCBI’s Annual Awards Dinner held at the Gardens at Applecross on November 7, 2024.
Naseef joined Gawthrop Greenwood in June 2024 as a partner. With more than 24 years of experience practicing in real estate and business law, Naseef has represented developers, builders and investors in residential and commercial land development and zoning related matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and transfer of real estate. He has conducted more than 1,000 commercial and residential closings and supported the legal needs of numerous community associations and HOAs.
Naseef serves as counsel for numerous small-and medium-sized businesses, advising business owners regarding corporate structural issues and governance matters as well as successfully completing the acquisition and sale of assets for privately held companies. A member of the American Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association, as well as a Pennsylvania licensed title agent, he graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts cum laude and earned his juris doctorate degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Good Fellowship Ambulance & Training Institute since 2012. A former police officer with the Downingtown Police Department, he currently resides with his family in Exton, PA.
