Stacey Fuller on Child Custody Issues from the School Perspective

Gawthrop Greenwood attorney and managing partner Stacey L. Fuller recently presented before the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on addressing child custody issues from the school perspective. The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course conducted by Fuller was part of the PBI Parent Coordination 2024 Seminar on March 14, 2024.

Fuller was just named a Distinguished Leader in the Pennsylvania Legal Awards 2024 by The Legal Intelligencer and Law.com. Fuller was also recently recognized with the Above & Beyond Award by City & State, the premier multimedia news organization covering Pennsylvania’s politics. She was selected from a field of more than 500 nominees for demonstrating exemplary leadership in her field, as well as making significant contributions to society in business and public service.

Fuller has a stellar reputation for her practice in education and special education law as parents, public schools and charter schools encounter a larger volume of social, economic and behavioral challenges. She is a member of the board of directors for the West Chester Area Education Foundation, after completing her presidency for the organization last fall. She also serves on the board of the Chester County Bar Foundation and is president of the board of directors of the West Chester Area Senior Center.
