Art Enthusiasts Enjoy Spring Gallery Walk at Gawthrop Greenwood
Gawthrop Greenwood was among the “one night only” show hosts of the Greater West Chester Chamber’s Spring Gallery Walk on May 4, 2018. Displaying the works of Rick London in its downtown West Chester atrium, the law office hosted passersby at this free event now in its 28th year.
“It was incredible to meet so many new West Chester neighbors who have walked by our building many times, but have not yet come inside,” said Gawthrop Greenwood Attorney John Rafferty, who led the event and focuses his practice in Litigation and Criminal Defense. “By opening our doors and sharing art and delicious food, we were able to both support local artist Rick London, and get to know other professionals and innovators in our community.”
Six prominent galleries combined with dozens of “one-night-only” show hosts like Gawthrop Greenwood throughout the downtown business area. Digital and hard copy maps directed visitors to show locations to enjoy the creative work of local, national and international artists featuring paintings in watercolor, acrylic and oil as well as sculpture, photography, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, film and more.
