A recent graduate of Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, Springer has served as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Gawthrop Greenwood, PC for the past year as she worked toward her Juris Doctor degree. During this time, she focused her practice in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department, where her research supported the recently changing laws behind attorney-client privilege.
“Developing talent in the increasingly competitive practice of law is a priority for Gawthrop Greenwood, PC, and we are proud to have supported Kari’s career path from law clerk to associate attorney,” says Sandra L. Knapp, chair of the management committee at Gawthrop Greenwood, PC.
While working toward her law degree, Springer served on the Women’s Law Caucus at Villanova University, as well as the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and Pro-Bono Society. She also donated her time as Villanova’s International Student Tax Preparer.
