Business Attorney Gordon Prince Elected to Board of Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce
Gawthrop Greenwood business attorney Gordon W. Prince has been elected to the board of directors of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, which serves nearly 600 large and small for-profit and nonprofit businesses and organizations in Chester County.
Prince is a member of Gawthrop Greenwood’s Business Department, where he supports a broad range of transactional and general business entity matters including the drafting and negotiation of contracts and business acquisition and sale agreements, as well as helping clients navigate business compliance with state and federal law, real estate transactions and corporate governance.
“As a respected business attorney who lives and works full-time in the borough of West Chester, Gordon is a valuable new member of the Chamber’s board of directors, and we are delighted to draw on his expertise working with local businesses large and small,” said Katie Walker, President of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce.

He joined Gawthrop Greenwood in 2019 after graduating as Class Valedictorian from Widener University Delaware School of Law and serving on the Delaware Supreme Court as a Wolcott Fellow to Chief Justice Strine, where he participated first-hand in the adjudication of cases that have a significant impact on the corporate world. Prince is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
