Extraordinary Legacy of Attorney and Partner Bob Adams Honored in Law360 Profile
As we mourn the passing of our dear friend and colleague Bob Adams, the legal news service Law360 reached out to learn more about Bob’s extraordinary legacy as an attorney, partner and former leader of Gawthrop Greenwood. An officer in the U.S. Navy and graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Bob went on to serve clients at Gawthrop Greenwood for 40 years, rising to the role of Managing Partner, President of the Chester County Bar Association, Founder and early President of the Chester County Bar Foundation, and more. He practiced in land use and development law during a time of tremendous growth in Chester County and always aimed to pursue progress with thoughtfulness and foresight. Most of all, he was a true friend, steadfast colleague and devoted mentor to so many at Gawthrop Greenwood, including the firm’s current practitioners in land use and development. He will be deeply missed, and we extend our condolences to his dear wife Judy, his beloved children and grandchildren.
