Trusts and estates attorney Mary Ann Plankinton conducted a free Wills & Estate Planning Workshop on September 5, 2023 at Bear Library in Bear, DE. The event organized by New Castle County Libraries and supported by Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union covered the following key topics:

- Practice and Procedure Before the Register of Wills
Plankinton’s multijurisdictional practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware focuses on estate planning and administration as well as estate litigation. She also focuses on family law, including divorce, support, custody and adoption. A member of the Pennsylvania, Delaware and Chester County Bar Associations, Mary Ann received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
