Gawthrop Supports Land Development, Zoning Needs for Hickman Expansion Project

Gawthrop Greenwood, PC is celebrating the opening of a new building at the Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester. The new Anna T. Jeanes Building has 74 rooms with 22 private and shared studio suites in a secure memory care neighborhood with a secure outdoor garden.

“When it came to the design and location of this project, The Hickman was intent on gathering extensive input from both its neighbors and the borough,” said Patrick McKenna, an attorney at Gawthrop Greenwood, PC, who represented The Hickman through the zoning and land development approval process. “What you see today is a great example of the success that can result from such a community-minded collaboration.”
