Kristen Bennett, James Doyle & Gordon Prince on the Corporate Transparency Act

Trusts and estates attorney Kristen Bennett, community association law attorney James Doyle and business law attorney Gordon Prince shared their insights on “Navigating the Corporate Transparency Act’s Impact on Businesses, Community Associations, Trusts and Estates.” The Corporate Transparency Act was enacted by Congress in 2021, and since then, this pivotal piece of legislation aimed at safeguarding national security and the U.S. financial system has had widespread ripple effects. The Corporate Transparency Act and What It Means for Community Associations

James D.
