As Faculty Director of the Villanova University Graduate Tax Program, Gawthrop Greenwoood partner Stephen J. Olsen recently moderated a panel of tax professionals to discuss the tax implications of the Inflation Reduction Act. The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course and interactive discussion for fellow lawyers covered:

  • Tax implications of the Inflation Reduction Act
  • Updates on electric vehicle tax credits, the 15% minimum corporate tax,  and the excise tax on stock repurchases
  • Expected increase in IRS funding for enforcement and compliance
